Zorem recently released a new plugin to help Woo shops with email verification.
Primarily, it helps reduce registration and spam orders by requiring customers to verify their email address when they register an account or before they are able to place an order on the site.
With the onslaught of spam users noted as “bbbbbbb” and others on WooCommerce shops, with this plugin customer registrations that are not verified are flagged as unverified. Once action is taken on the part of the customer to verify the email, it will be noted in their account as a verified email.
During checkout, a non-logged in customer will need to verify their email and will only be sent to the checkout page once that is completed.
