Woo Builder events and WordPress core. You might wonder what these two have in common. I’ve taken the liberty to do a special podcast episode on a couple of updates that are happening with the Do the Woo airwaves.
WooCommerce Builder Event Podcast Becomes Part of Do the Woo
Last month I started the WooCommerce Community Builder Events. These are a weekly mix of events specifically for those who build products, services or sites with and for WooCommerce.
Since a good portion of them are based around discussions, conversation, Q&A’s and other community chats, I took the liberty of starting a podcast from the events that would work when an event translates well into audio only.
But seriously, you know what it takes to build up another audience.
Since the content aligns with the what I do on the Do the Woo podcast you can now expect to hear those in the regular podcast feed. So that means 1-3 episodes of Do the Woo weekly. In fact, I will be pushing out the first three additional podcasts this week to to keep us on track, episode wise.
Speaking of WordPress Core
Well, that was a terrible segue. Instead, how about speaking of alignment.
We all know how much is going on lately with core. Full site editing, block patterns, block-based themes, you name it. And whether you are building products and services for WooCommerce, or sites with WooCommerce, you need to be on top of that.
So, moving forward I will be bringing in some contributors to core to not only keep you up on the latest, but how it affects you as a Woo builder, and essentially, WooCommerce itself.
If you have any ideas for guests, please reach out to me.
That wraps that up. Hope you enjoy the new shows. And next on the docket, a new co-host is coming in May. Until then, Do the Woo.
